Not Only OCD, Aliando Syarief Also Experienced COVID-19 And Wanted To Kill Himself

JAKARTA - Artist Aliando Syarief shared the latest news after not appearing in public for a long time. He is currently undergoing therapy for the recovery process for OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).

Not only OCD, Aliando revealed that he had also tested positive for COVID-19. This condition makes it increasingly difficult for him to move because he feels disturbed by his own condition.

"2 years of having OCD, I can't do anything and it's hard to understand. Where I focus, my mind and brain are not in sync. In 2019, there should be another project, but it was canceled because I am OCD," said Aliando via his Instagram live broadcast.

OCD makes Aliando feel constantly disturbed by thoughts that cannot be controlled. Not to mention being exposed to COVID-19 made him unable to carry out his usual activities.

"It was projected yesterday in the soap opera Miracle of Love, that's me OCD. I've got COVID, got OCD too," said Aliando.

"2 years, so I saw that there were some when they were projected yesterday, I always guessed that someone knew or not. There were some strange scenes, there was a scene where I was talking. I talked like this (shaking his head) twice," he said.

This condition also made Aliando easily anxious, worried and scared to the point that he wanted to end his life.

"So I was quite uncomfortable with the condition, almost committed suicide but was afraid. That was the middle I got COVID, got OCD too, I was seriously depressed," explained Aliando Syarief.

Fortunately, Aliando ignored the thought and tried to take care of himself. The Love Miracle star also warned her Instagram followers not to do anything weird.

"But it's like (feeling like) just dying ah. But, it's really scary. Thinking of suicide is also a delusion. Don't ever do anything weird. Don't do it!" said Aliando Syarief.
