JAKARTA - The trial for the divorce of Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka continues at the South Jakarta Religious Court. However, both of them did not appear to be present at the trial as well as the witness from Dhena's side.
"Today's agenda is for witnesses from Dhena's side, but it was stated that yesterday's witnesses were sufficient," said Imran Sinulingga, Jonathan Frizzy's attorney, as quoted by IntipSeleb.
"So for the next, postponed to January 6, the agenda of the witnesses from our side," he continued.
Later, at the trial on January 6, 2022, the defendant will bring witnesses and present evidence.
"We submit written evidence or objects to anticipate what has been submitted by the evidence from the plaintiff. Here, we will also submit what has been proposed in the activities," he continued.
There are four stages in the divorce process which will be completed in February 2022. They are also gathering written evidence.
“After that, we will present witnesses, and then again, the event will conclude. Then the conclusion is submitted to the panel of judges to give a verdict, maybe four more times. Hopefully this clears everything up. No later than January or February," said Sinarta.
Sinarta explained that Jonathan Frizzy had no desire to reconcile. However, the possibility is still there.
