JAKARTA - Artists Jonathan Frizzy and Dhena Devanka are still dealing with their children. This time something was different because Ijonk (Jonathan Frizzy's nickname) filed for child custody.

According to them, Dhena did not file this case, so Ijonk wanted to file a counterclaim.

In the midst of the divorce proceedings, their problems continue and relate to children. It is known that Dhena did not apply for custody or child care. Ijonk also took the initiative to take this step.

Ijonk has also separated from Dhena's house. Previously, Ijonk and Dhena admitted that they had lived in the same house and communicated for the development of their three children.

Ijonk also asked the South Jakarta Religious Court to leave the house. He asked that if something happened later, Ijonk could not be accused of committing domestic violence (Domestic Violence).

Dhena Devanka also respects the judge's decision if later custody of the child is in the hands of the father.

Previously, on October 5, Ijonk was sued on suspicion of domestic violence. Ijonk and his lawyer said they were shocked because they had never done anything like that.

"I was the one being sued, so sadly the police report was placed in the lawsuit, meaning that it could be interpreted as a child's doing. Actually there is no such incident,” said Ijonk on Tuesday, October 5.

"Even he has been a victim in the household for a long time. What does it mean? This is an ongoing activity. Mas Ijonk is a victim again and again," said lawyer Jonathan Frizzy.
