JAKARTA - The Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) together with the National Police's Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) succeeded in uncovering the circulation of illegal biological products in the form of a security guard worth Rp230 billion in Magelang, Central Java.

The product is sent using a cooling thermos to patients on the island of Java, while patients from outside the island and abroad can only undergo direct treatment at the practice site. All evidence is now confiscated and stored in the Yogyakarta BBPOM warehouse to maintain product stability during the investigation.
YHF has been named a suspect with a criminal threat in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, namely imprisonment of up to 12 years and a maximum fine of Rp. 200 million. BPOM has also examined 12 witnesses to complete the investigation.
