JAKARTA - The challenges in implementing the hajj and umrah pilgrimage in the future are increasingly complex. Now there are three Ministries and Institutions that organize hajj and umrah affairs; Ministry of Religion, BPKH (Hajj Financial Management Agency), and BPH (Hajj Organizing Agency). "It just so happens that there is a momentum for the birth of BPH, this must have a legal basis with statutory regulations. Not only is the law needed to anticipate the development of hajj and umrah in the future. Therefore, the Hajj Law urgently needs to be revised," said AMPHURI General Chair, H.
