Optimize Children's Growth, Free Nutrition Eating Program Gets Support From Nutritious Milk Producers

JAKARTA - As a form of support for the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) government program, a number of companies have participated in increasing the nutrition of school children in Indonesia.

As part of this support, Kalbe Nutritionals presents food products in the form of milk called Milk Pro. This one milk is specially formulated according to the nutritional needs of children under the direction of the National Nutrition Agency.

This simulation of milk administration was also carried out in four schools in Langowan and Bitung, North Sulawesi, which aim to review the technical implementation of the program and measure clinical impacts on children's growth and socio-economic impacts in society before and after the program runs.

This dairy product is believed to have good nutritional quality at an affordable price, so that it can reach more children throughout Indonesia.

The importance of children's nutrition during growth is a major concern, because good physical health will be the basis for the creation of a superior generation in the future.

Ground anthropometric measurements and hemoglobin levels were carried out at the beginning and end of the program to evaluate the successful implementation of this program.

On the distribution side, the company cooperates with local cooperatives as partners to ensure that products can be distributed effectively to various regions, especially in Sulawesi and other regions in Indonesia. This partnership is also expected to be able to have a positive impact on the economy of the local community.
