Presidential Decree Issued, Selection of OJK ADK Replacement Officially Opened

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto officially formed a Selection Committee for the election of a successor to the Member of the Board of Commissioners (ADK) of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16/P Year 2026 dated February 9, 2026.

Meanwhile, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa was appointed as the Chairman and a member along with 8 other members, namely Perry Warjiyo, Suahasil Nazara, Bambang Eko Suhariyanto, Aida S. Budiman, Erwan Agus Purwanto, Dhahana Putra, Muhammad Rullyandi, and Gusti Aju Dewi. The Selection Committee worked quickly by officially opening the registration of candidates.

The positions to be filled are the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Member, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Member, and Chief Executive of Capital Market, Derivatives Finance, and Carbon Exchange Member.

This appointment is carried out in order to ensure the continuity of leadership, strengthening governance, and optimizing the implementation of the duties and functions of the OJK as an independent, credible, and integrated institution in regulating and supervising the national financial services sector.

Candidates must meet general requirements, including being Indonesian citizens, having good morals, morals, and integrity. In addition, candidates must also meet the requirements, registration conditions and special provisions according to the registration announcement Number PENG-1/PANSEL-DKOJK/2026 on the www.kemenkeu.go.id and www.bi.go.id.

Meanwhile, registration can be done online through the website https://seleksi-dkojk.kemenkeu.go.id starting February 11, 2026 at 00.00 WIB until March 2, 2026 at 23.59 WIB.

Furthermore, the selection mechanism is carried out in 4 stages consisting of Stage I (Administrative Selection), Stage II (Input Assessment from the Community, Track Record, and Papers), Stage III (Assessment and Health Examination), and Stage IV (Affirmation/Interview).

The next announcement of the selection results will be announced through the website www.kemenkeu.go.id, www.bi.go.id, and https://seleksi-dkojk.kemenkeu.go.id. The decision of the Selection Committee is final, binding, and cannot be challenged.

The Selection Committee invites the best sons and daughters of the nation who meet the requirements to become candidates for the OJK ADK to strengthen the OJK's role in maintaining the stability of the financial system and protecting the interests of consumers and the community.

The Selection Committee expects the public to monitor this process by providing input to the Selection Committee or through the Secretariat of the Selection Committee.
