The first phase focuses on improving school facilities through the completion of renovation and cleaning of school areas with the support of MMS Land, to create a safer and more comfortable learning space for students and teachers.
Phase two focuses on MMSGI employees' volunteering activities which are designed according to the level of education of students. At this stage, MMSGI employees are directly involved as learning facilitators, with the following series of activities:
1. Storytelling session for elementary school students, aims to cultivate the courage to dream, self-confidence, and the ability to convey ideas simply.
2. Vision board class for junior high school students, which invites students to recognize their potential, set personal goals, and visualize future plans in a structured manner.
3. Introduction of basic business planning for SMK students, through learning Business Model Canvas, to build an initial understanding of the entrepreneurial thinking pattern and the world of work.
Phase three is the stage of actualization of learning outcomes, where students present vision boards, display artwork, and participate in a bazaar of works and simple business designs. This stage is designed to train the courage to appear, the ability to communicate, and the students' confidence in conveying ideas.
Overall, this program involves 185 MMSGI employees who participate as donors and volunteers. Employee involvement includes school renovation activities, facilitating learning sessions, assisting students, to logistical support during the program.

MMSGI CEO, Sendy Greti, said that Bigger Dream was designed as a CSR program that places strengthening the capacity of the younger generation as a long-term social investment.
"Bigger Dream not only brings improvements to facilities, but opens up a space for learning interaction between employees and students. Through volunteering activities, we want to share experiences, build children's confidence, and help them dare to set big dreams early," said Sendy Greti, in a statement, Tuesday, February 10.
Chairman of the LINE Foundation, Muhammad Bihar, added that the volunteering-based approach strengthens the impact of the program on an ongoing basis.
"The direct involvement of volunteers is the main differentiator of this program. Students not only receive assistance, but also get guidance and inspiration that shapes their thinking and motivation," he said.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Syarif Hidayatullah Foundation, Ari Tri Handini, assessed that this program has a real impact on both educational facilities and the development of the capacity of students.
"The approach to learning through storytelling, vision boards, and direct mentoring is very relevant for our students. Children become more confident and begin to understand their potential and future goals," he said.
In the future, MMSGI together with the LINE Foundation will continue the Bigger Dream Program with a wider coverage area, as well as an increasingly structured approach to volunteer-based expertise. This program will continue to be developed by combining facility support, learning enrichment, and cross-disciplinary volunteer involvement.
Through the Bigger Dream Program, MMSGI emphasizes its commitment to Empowering the Future through real contributions in the field of education, with the belief that human capacity building and a decent learning environment must go hand in hand to create sustainable impact.
