Airlangga ensures that the submission of the 2026 State Budget DIPA will be carried out immediately.

JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto emphasized that the submission of the 2026 State Budget Implementation List (DIPA) to regional governments as well as ministries and agencies will be carried out soon.

"There will be a handover in the near future. We will see the schedule," Airlangga told the media at Mal Pondok Indah Jakarta, quoted on Sunday, December 28.

To note, until the end of December, President Prabowo Subianto is known to have not submitted the 2026 APBN DIPA to regional governments and ministries/institutions.

This condition is different from the previous habit, where the submission of the APBN DIPA is generally carried out at the end of November.

For information, in recent years, the submission of the State Budget DIPA has been carried out digitally to regional heads and heads of ministries/institutions, and this system has been implemented since the submission of the 2024 State Budget DIPA at the end of November 2023.

DIPA is an important document in the state budget which serves as a basis for ministers, agency leaders, and regional heads in carrying out development programs.

Previously, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa said that the handover of the 2026 State Budget DIPA was purely ceremonial.

He emphasized that the implementation of the 2026 State Budget would continue to run normally even though the DIPA had not been officially accepted by the local government and ministries/institutions.

According to Purbaya, the agenda for the handover of DIPA was originally planned to take place on Tuesday, December 16, but had to be postponed due to adjusting the agenda of President Prabowo Subianto.

"This is just the ceremony, we will wait when the palace has time. It does not mean that the implementation of the 2026 state budget is hampered. It is indeed two weeks behind the ceremony. But the other way," said Purbaya some time ago.

When asked about the possibility of the DIPA being handed over by parties other than the President, Purbaya has not given certainty and said the government would still see the development of the schedule in the future.

"Later we will see," he said.
