JAKARTA - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) reported that as of December 18, 2025, the realization of Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP) in the ESDM sector has reached IDR 228.05 trillion.
The target for PNBP collection as stated in the State Budget (APBN) is IDR 256 trillion.
"This achievement is the result of strong synergy in maintaining the governance of natural resources to provide the greatest benefits for the prosperity of the people," said Head of the Communication, Public Information Service, and Cooperation Bureau (KLIK) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Gita Lestari, Friday, December 19.
In terms of the contribution of the sub-sector, Gita detailed, Mineral and Coal (Minerba) is still the largest contributor to the ESDM PNBP with a realization of IDR 124.63 trillion.
The next position is occupied by the Oil and Gas (Migas) sector with a contribution of Rp91.82 trillion.
Meanwhile, the Geothermal sector contributed Rp2.45 trillion, as well as business fees and other technical services of Rp9.15 trillion.
Gita explained that the recording of PNBP is divided between the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the budgeting and recording mechanisms in the State Budget.
"In the internal records of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the realization of PNBP which is our technical responsibility has exceeded the target by reaching Rp. 130.71 trillion or around 102.57 percent," explained Gita.
Meanwhile, some of the revenue, which includes most of the revenue from oil and gas and geothermal energy, is recorded in the Ministry of Finance's account.
In the record, the realization reached IDR 97.3 trillion.
Regarding the remaining time in the fiscal year that is still available, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources is optimistic that the 2025 PNBP target can continue to be pursued.
"With the current realization of Rp. 228.05 trillion, Insyaallah the target of the PNBP of the ESDM sector in 2025 of around Rp. 256 trillion can be achieved," said Gita.
