JAKARTA - The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) said that at least nine priority industrial subsectors were included in the Government's Roadmap for the Decarbonization Program.

"We already have a roadmap for nine industrial sectors with subsectors, namely, cement; fertilizer; metals; pulp & paper; textiles; chemicals; ceramics & glass; food & beverages; and transportation," said the Head of the Industrial Center for Industrial Green De-carbonization Team, Sri Gadis Pari Bekti, in a Media Gathering for the Green Industry De-carbonization Initiative in Jakarta, Thursday, December 18.
The determination of the priority sectors was carried out by considering the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions produced are higher compared to other industries.
