Two Decades Of Participation In Apartment Management, ICM Strengthens Togetherness Through The 2025 Community Gathering

JAKARTA - PT Prima Buana Internusa/Inner City Management (ICM) continues to strengthen its position as the largest property management consultant in Indonesia.

During its twenty years of operation, ICM again held a 2025 Community Gathering at Taman Learning Farm Ecopark Ancol, North Jakarta on Saturday, December 6, 2025. This year's Gathering carries the theme Keep Healthy and Let's Fun Together. This event is a series of ICM's 20th Birthday which will fall on February 26, 2026.

This event was attended by thousands of community members consisting of representatives from 840 tenants - as well as employees of the Management Agency / P3SRS. They attended from around 35 ICM managed apartment sites in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bandung.

Chief Operating Officer of Inner City Management, Krisdiarto Adipranoto said that Gathering for the 2025 Community means very important because it is part of the long journey of ICM as the largest property manager consultant in Indonesia.

"For two decades, ICM has continued to strive to provide the best service in order to create comfort for all relevant tenants and stakeholders," Krisdiarto said in an official statement, quoted Wednesday. December 10.

Krisdiarto explained, for 20 years ICM continues to strive to adapt various apartment management systems that are in accordance with the development of the times and technology. In addition to infrastructure, ICM also builds an apartment social environment through various community activities such as sports, religion, and various education. The manager also cooperates with various law enforcement institutions to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Until now, ICM manages more than 40 sites spread across Jakarta and various other major cities such as Bandung, Batam, Bogor, Medan, and Balikpapan with a manageable property area of 2.5 million square meters. ICM management includes strata apartments, housing complexes and commercial areas.

General Manager of Customer Care and Community Care ICM Rusli Usman, added that this event is part of ICM's commitment to strengthening togetherness and part of efforts to create a safe, comfortable, and encouraging residential environment #LivingBetter.

"This activity is a forum for managers to strengthen collaboration and listen to the aspirations of residents to improve better service," said Rusli.

Rusli explained that Gathering Community 2025 is a momentum for ICM to continue to strengthen good relations between managers and all tenants in various managed sites, so that ICM can continue to improve the quality of service and housing comfort.

According to Rusli, good communication between managers and residents is the key in creating a safe and comfortable residential environment. This 2025 Community Gathering is packaged with various fun activities.

Some of the activities that were held from morning to noon included fun walk activities, cardio dance competitions, appearances from various sites, various games, door prize distribution and closed with the performance of DJ Start Koplo musicians.

Hj. Musdalifah Pangka, one of the tenants and Chair of the Association of Owners and Occupants of the Kalibata City Flats (P3SRS) who also participated in the 2025 Gathering Community, appreciated the steps taken by ICM which continued to innovate in carrying out various activities to strengthen togetherness of managers and tenants.

"Activities like this really help communicate between managers and tenants. We really appreciate how ICM continues to provide space for tenants and managers to connect and share with various positive activities," said Musdalifah.

He also hopes that this gathering will continue to be carried out in the coming years. In addition to strengthening collaboration and a means of conveying aspirations, through this activity, tenants also have the opportunity to listen to various management plans in the development of management sites in the future.
