JAKARTA - The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) officially launched a new face of the website www.beacuki.go.id as part of the digital transformation of customs and excise services.

Director of Communication and Guidance for Customs and Excise Service Users, Nirwala Dwi Heryanto, said that this update provides a faster, lighter, and more responsive digital experience for better public services.

Nirwala said that this site update is a symbol of Customs commitment in improving public services.

The Customs and Excise Website is now here with a new display and experience that is faster, lighter, and responsive. We want to ensure that customs and excise information and services can be accessed more easily and trustedly," Nirwala said in a statement, Wednesday, December 10.

He added that all features on this new website were thoroughly redesigned to make it more mobile-friendly and in accordance with user behavior, which now dominates access to information via mobile devices.

According to him, the integration of various customs and excise services in one portal makes it easier for the public to navigate their needs, ranging from regulatory information, service procedures, customs facilities, to communication channels and public complaints.

"The access to customs and excise services is now more practical, fast, and mobile-friendly. All official Customs services are in one digital portal," said Nirwala.

In addition to improving the interface, he added that the content structure on the website is also strengthened by the application of search engines optimization (SEO), so that Customs information is easier to find through search engines.

According to him, the intuitive navigation design, faster page loading, and organized information systems make this website more efficient and adaptive.
