JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) aka WIKA Gedung noted that the contract value was running or faced (order book) of Rp4.16 trillion until the third quarter of 2025 or the end of September.
This was conveyed by the Corporate Secretary of WEGE Purba Yudhi Tama in the 2025 Public Expose (Pubex) online, Friday, November 28.
"As of September 2025, we have recorded an order book or total old and new contracts of Rp4.16 trillion, with Rp4 trillion being an old contract and Rp116 billion new contracts," he said.
Purba explained that the most contract givers were still from the government, namely 47 percent and followed by SOEs with a portion of 30 percent.
"Then from the employers of Rp4.16 trillion order book, 33 percent are BUMN, 20 percent are private and 47 percent are government," he said.
Meanwhile, the total contract value pocketed by WEGE reached IDR 56 trillion as of September 2025, with a total of 416 projects in the same period.

WEGE admits that 2025 is a challenging period for the national construction industry. Moreover, earlier this year the government carried out massive budget efficiency which led to reduced infrastructure projects.
"Several factors that influence this performance, including tender realization slows down due to government transitions, budget refocusing and macroeconomic conditions that suppress the liquidity of the construction sector," he explained.
Even so, the company targets a new contract value of IDR 3 trillion in 2026. WEGE has also set a target for the project to be pursued next year.
