JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (HK) to carry out the construction of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) building at 78 strategic points throughout Indonesia as part of the Free Nutrition Food Program (MBG) for the 2025 fiscal year.
The Director General of Strategic Infrastructure at the Ministry of Public Works, Bisma Staniarto, explained that the construction of the SPPG was carried out in locations with various access characteristics. Areas with adequate transportation access include Aceh Besar District, Dumai City, Pekanbaru City, Jambi City, Pidie Jaya Regency, and Medan City.
Meanwhile, remote locations include the Anambas Islands, Kampar Regency, Sarolangun, as well as a number of other points in Sumatra and its surroundings. Each location is targeted to be completed within 41 calendar days with a maintenance period of 180 days.
The core facilities built at each point include main buildings (consisting of kitchen, distribution, and storage areas), supporting buildings such as generator houses, TPS, and Bak IPAL, infrastructure and landscape areas, kitchen utensils, and food distribution vehicles.
