Astra International EGMS Reshuffles The Board Of Commissioners And Directors, This Is The Latest Composition

PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) with the agenda of changing the board of commissioners and directors of the company, today.

In the EGMS, the company has accepted the resignations of John Raymond Witt and Hsu Hai Yeh, respectively as Commissioners. Meanwhile, from the board of directors, there is the name Chiew Sin Cheok who resigned from the position of Director.

Furthermore, shareholders agreed to appoint Lincoln Lin Feng Pan and Lee Liang Whye as Commissioners and Hsu Hai Yeh to be directors.

The decision is calculated since the closing of the meeting for the term of office as determined by the Company's Articles of Association.

"Thank you to Mr John Raymond Witt and Mr. Chiew Sin Cheok, who have now entered retirement for their contributions, dedication and services and thanks to all stakeholders for their full support to Astra," said President Director of Astra Djony Bunarto Tjondro in an official statement received by VOI, Wednesday, November 19.
