Agrinas Budgets IDR 1.65 Billion To Build One Unit Of The Red And White Kopdes

PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara has budgeted for the construction of a unit of the Red and White Village Cooperative to reach Rp1.65 billion. The budget is used for physical development, facilities and logistics vehicles.

President Director of Agrinas Pangan Joao Angelo De Sousa Mota said each unit of Kopdes building has an area of 20x30 meters. Where the construction budget for each cooperative is determined to use a standard of IDR 2.93 million per square meter.

"We have budgeted Rp1,658,000,000 for one building of the Red and White Cooperative, approximately Rp2,938,000 per square meter for all of Indonesia," he said in a working meeting and RDP with Commission VI of the DPR, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 18.

According to Joao, the price budgeted by his party is very rational. Especially considering that budget proposals from regions vary.

Furthermore, he said that if the construction of the cooperative uses the applicable cost index, it is estimated that the required budget will reach around Rp600 trillion.

"In Papua, the budget per meter is around Rp. 24,000. Sumatra areas or in NTT areas can be around Rp. 12,000 in certain areas. Only in Java, which is around Rp. 1 million," said Joao.

In detail, in the future each physical building of the Red and White Kopdes will have store outlets, clinics, pharmacies, savings outlets, fertilizer warehouses, food warehouses, and subsidized LPG warehouses. In addition, four logistics vehicles in the form of a truck, one pick-up 4x4 car, and two three-wheeled motorcycles will be provided.

Furthermore, Joao revealed that the construction of the Red and White Kopdes had started on October 17, 2025. To date, 1,200 points are being built. The target is that around 2,930 points per day will be built.

"In the store outlet there is also 3.5 x 10 (meters) for village clinics. In addition, there is also a warehouse, specifically for fertilizers around 4x6 (meters) outside of warehouses for basic materials to be sold in cooperatives," he said.
