The Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) has realized government funds or an Over Budget Balance (SAL) of IDR 167.6 trillion as of October 22, 2025.
Director General of Economic and Fiscal Strategy at the Ministry of Finance Febrio Kacaribu said PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk had distributed 100 percent of the funds, and they had applied for additional funding injections.

Apart from BRI and Mandiri, credit realization by three other banks is still in progress.
The realization of lending from government funds by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was recorded at IDR 37.4 trillion or 68 percent of the total fund injection of IDR 55 trillion.
PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk distributed IDR 10.3 trillion or 41 percent of the total IDR 25 trillion. Meanwhile, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) realized IDR 9.9 trillion or 99 percent of the total IDR 10 trillion.

Regarding the proposed additional funds, Febrio said he would evaluate the condition of the government's cash before making a decision.
The Ministry of Finance will first ensure that cash operational needs have been met, then determine additional opportunities for injection of funds for lending to banks.
