JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) posted operating revenues of IDR 8.76 trillion per third quarter of 2025, or decreased 12.96 percent year-on-year (yoy) compared to IDR 10.06 trillion in the same period the previous year.

Through operational efficiency efforts and optimization of investment and dividend income, the company suppressed the cost of goods sold by 7.56 percent, so that it was able to record operating profit of IDR 2.13 trillion, and net profit of IDR 1.36 trillion.
"This achievement shows that although BSDE faces external challenges and market adjustments, asset management strategies, operational efficiency and income diversification are able to generate positive value for shareholders," said Hermawan.
As of the third quarter of 2025, the company's total assets amounted to IDR 77.40 trillion, consisting of equity worth IDR 51.32 trillion and liabilities worth IDR 26.08 trillion.
