Not Only PIK 2, This Is The PSN List That Was Removed By The Prabowo Government

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto's administration has crossed out a number of projects from the National Strategic Project List (PSN). In addition to the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 Tropical Coastland Development Project, one more project has been removed from the PSN list.

The determination of the new PSN Prabowo era is stated in the Coordinating Minister for the Economy Regulation (Permenko) Number 16 of 2025 concerning the Eighth Amendment to the Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy Number 7 of 2021 concerning National Strategic Projects, which was signed by the Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto on September 24, 2025.

Quoted from a copy of the Permenko, Wednesday, October 15, a total of 228 projects and 25 national strategic programs were set through these regulations.

There are at least two projects that have been dropped from the ranks of PSN Prabowo. The first is the PIK 2 Tropical Coastland project which was worked on by Agung Sedayu Group owned by conglomerate Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan. Then the two projects of the Merauke Food and Energy Development Area in South Papua.

PIK 2 itself was previously included in the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Regulation Number 12 of 2024 as PSN number 226, which was issued during the era of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) Government. Meanwhile, the Merauke Food and Energy Development Area is PSN number 112.

Meanwhile, in the latest regulation, the government puts the information 'deleted' in the two PSN slots number 112 and 226.

If a project is removed from the PSN list, the project will no longer get easy licensing and other facilities such as PSN in general. However, the project can continue.

Although the development of food and energy areas in South Papua was removed from the PSN list, the government added similar programs to the ranks of national strategic programs. The program is the Food, Energy, and National Water Swasembada Program of Merauke, Mappi, Asmat and Boven Digoel in South Papua.

In addition, in the ranks of national strategic programs there is also one program that was deleted. The program is the Waste Processing Installation Development Program into Electric Energy (PSEL). In Permenko 12/2024, the program is ranked number 6.

3. Red and White Village/Sub-District Cooperative Program;

4. Education Digitization Program;

5. Poverty Reduction Program;

6. Integrated Waste Management Program;

7. Merauke, Mappi, Asmat and Boven Digoel National Food, Energy and Water Swasembada Programs (including the development of the Food Production Center (KSPP) in the form of Sawah Printing, Palm Oil Development and Livestock Development and other supporting facilities);

8. Tambak Pantura Revitalization Program in Bekasi Regency, Karawang Regency, Subang Regency and Indramayu Regency; and

9. Integrated Shrimp Cultivation Development Program (Integrated Shrimp Farming) in East Sumba Regency.
