Rea Wiradinata Celebrity Lawsuit Rejected, Asset Auction Process Continues

JAKARTA The legal effort of the celebgram Rea Wiradinata to fight the famous lawyer Noverizky Tri Putra Pasaribu and his colleague Arif Budiman again reached a dead end.

The Lawsuit against Law (PMH) which he filed at the West Jakarta District Court (PN) with case Number 96 / Pdt.G / 2025 was rejected by the panel of judges.

In its decision, the panel of judges stated that Rea Wiradinata's lawsuit could not be accepted because it was considered outside the absolute authority of the West Jakarta District Court to examine and try the case.

This marked the successive defeat of Rea Wiradinata after previously the appeal he submitted to the Supreme Court (MA) was also rejected.

The appeal was rejected by the Supreme Court based on the decision no. 30 K/PDT.SUS-PAILIT/2025 dated March 6, 2025.

On the other hand, Noverizky Tri Putra welcomed this decision and emphasized that the auction process for Rea Wiradinata's assets will continue.

"Now Rea will really get what she has been planting, lost her homes and assets," said Noverizky.

Noverizky, who works as a lawyer and entrepreneur, said that the decision to issue from the West Jakarta District Court was proof that the judiciary in Indonesia still had credibility and put the truth forward.

"The decision of the West Jakarta District Court proves that Rea's lawsuit is haphazard. It is suspected that it is only to buy time for the auction process and the execution of her assets," he said.

Furthermore, Noverizky said that the assets belonging to Rea Wiradinata would be executed in connection with the bankruptcy decision that had previously been issued.

"The auction process is still ongoing and will be executed soon," he said.

This debt case stems from a dispute between Rea Wiradinata and Noverizky Tri Putra which resulted in a lawsuit against the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.

This problem arose when Rea Wiradinata was declared bankrupt on July 1, 2024 after her peace proposal was rejected by creditors, including Noverizky Tri Putra and Arif.

Previously, Rea Wiradinata lost in the PKPU lawsuit at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.

This bankruptcy decision was later strengthened by the Supreme Court which rejected the appeal of Rea Wiradinata on March 6, 2025.

As a follow-up to the bankruptcy decision, a number of assets of Rea Wiradinata, including a house in Cianjur, West Java, have been confiscated by the curator appointed by the court.

Rea Wiradinata then tried to fight back by filing a lawsuit against the law at the West Jakarta District Court, but his efforts also ran aground.

In addition to the civil lawsuit, Noverizky also revealed that the criminal report filed against Rea Wiradinata at the South Jakarta Metro Police is still being processed.
