Get PMN IDR 2.5 Trillion, Pelni Will Buy Three New Ships

JAKARTA - PT Pelawan Nasional Indonesia (Persero) or Pelni received a State Capital Participation (PMN) for the 2025 fiscal year of IDR 2.5 trillion. The funds will be used to procure three new passenger ships.

The distribution of PMN funds has been determined through a Government Regulation (PP) with a state capital deposit mechanism through BPI Danantara and Danantara Asset Management to be forwarded to Pelni.

Alokasi PMN ini juga telah resmi ditetapkan oleh Menteri Keuangan melalui Keputusan Menteri Keuangan (KMK) Nomor 235 Tahun 2025 yang mencakup tiga BUMN, salah satunya PT Pelni (Persero).
