JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia inaugurated Ahmad Erani Yustika as Secretary General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources today, Wednesday, September 17. Erani was inaugurated to replace Dadan Kusdiana who was also appointed Secretary General of the National Energy Council (DEN).
Ahmad Erani's appointment is contained in Presidential Decree (Kepres) No. 147/TPA of 2025 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Middle High Leadership Positions within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, and President Prabowo Subianto was appointed on September 10, 2025.
In his remarks, Bahlil said that changing ESDM was a natural thing to happen.
