DJKN Completes State Receivables Of IDR 649 Billion Through Conversion To PMN PT LEN

The Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance has completed the settlement of state receivables from the former National Bank Restructuring Agency (BPPN) on behalf of PT LEN Industri (Persero).

Meanwhile, the settlement was marked by the signing of the Handover Report (BAST) of credit asset documents and collateral which took place at the DJKN Headquarters, Jakarta, Tuesday, August 26.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Director General of State Assets, Rionald Silaban, together with the leadership of the DJKN Echelon II unit, the Board of Directors of PT LEN Industri (Persero), and PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

The Director General of State Assets of the Ministry of Finance, Rionald Silaban, said that with the completion of this country's receivables, the Ministry of Finance emphasized its role as a state wealth manager who not only completed administrative obligations, but also contributed significantly to supporting the restructuring of strategic SOEs, especially in the defense sector.

"The settlement of state receivables is carried out through a credit asset restructuring mechanism by converting debt into additional State Equity Participation (PMN) to PT LEN Industri (Persero), as the Defense BUMN holding company," he said in his statement, Wednesday, August 27.

He added that this process has been rolling since 2020 and completed with the issuance of Government Regulation Number 54 of 2024 concerning the Addition of State Equity Participation of the Republic of Indonesia into the share capital of the Company (Persero) PT LEN Industri amounting to Rp649.23 billion.

Rionald hopes that this step to settle state receivables can support the performance of strategic SOEs and strengthen synergies between agencies.

Dia menambahkan, penyelesaian ini menjadi wujud nyata peran Kementerian Keuangan dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan kekayaan negara untuk memperkuat kinerja BUMN strategis, khususnya di sektor pertahanan, sehingga mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi kemandirian dan daya saing industri nasional.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Keuangan PT LEN Industri (Persero) Yessy Kurnia Dyah W, menyampaikan bahwa dengan dilaksanakannya penyerahan dokumen hukum dan jaminan ini, pihaknya berkomitmen untuk menjaga akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan aset secara profesional untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan kesinambungan usaha.

He added that this settlement is a tangible manifestation of the role of the Ministry of Finance in optimizing the management of state assets to strengthen the performance of strategic SOEs, especially in the defense sector, so as to provide added value for the independence and competitiveness of the national industry.

On the same occasion, Finance Director of PT LEN Industri (Persero) Yessy Kurnia Dyah W, said that with the submission of legal documents and guarantees, his party is committed to maintaining accountability, transparency, and optimizing the use of assets professionally to encourage growth and business continuity.
