JAKARTA - Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) Dadan Hindayana revealed, there are 12 districts in Indonesia that do not yet have a Free Nutrition Eating kitchen or also known as the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG).
Dadan said, until now, SPPG has spread over 38 provinces, 502 districts and 4,777 sub-districts from 7,200 sub-districts.
"So, there are still 12 districts that do not have a SPPG yet," Dadan said in the signing of the Joint MoU with the Ministry of Public Works in Jakarta, Tuesday, August 5.
He detailed the 12 districts, including Sumba Regency (East Nusa Tenggara), Mahakam Hulu (East Kalimantan) and Konawe Islands (Southeast Sulawesi).
Then, nine districts in Papua, namely the Arfak Mountains (West Papua); Asmat (South Papua); Puncak Jaya (Central Papua); Bintan Mountains (Papua Mountains); Tolikara Regency (Papua Mountains); Central Mamberamo (Papua Mountains); Yalimo (Papua Mountains); and Lanny Jaya (Papua Mountains).
"These are 12 districts that so far there has not been a single Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG), 502 other districts already exist," explained Dadan.

Menurut Dadan, SPPG itu telah melayani sebanyak 8,2 juta penerima manfaat. Sementara, pihaknya menargetkan pada minggu ini total penerima manfaat bisa mencapai 12 juta orang.
"Ini mencakup 4.000 SPPG dan itu murni kemitraan yang dibangun investor, kemudian kerja sama dengan BGN," tutur dia.
