JAKARTA - The Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) has appointed a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that will oversee the Danantara investment holding company.
Danantara's Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Pandu Sjahrir revealed that the appointment had been made since last feed. He also said that this company also has a board of directors.
"We were last week. Already transferred (shares), there are already directors, there are already commissioners," Pandu told reporters quoted on Wednesday, July 30.
Pandu was reluctant to divulge which BUMN was appointed to be the Danantara Investment Holding. Even so, he gave a signal that the appointed company came from the BUMN that had been established.
Pandu also denied that the company was one of the state-owned securities companies. He stressed that the BUMN Investment Holding will be announced this year.
"Later we will inform publicly as well. Not (securities), just companies. It will be implemented this year," he said.
Previously, Chairman of Commission XI DPR RI Mukhamad Misbakhun revealed that the Anagata Nusantara Power Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara) had appointed one BUMN as the investment holding company tasked with managing dividends.
