Garuda Indonesia Reorganizes Board Of Directors, Military Commander Tsani Remains President Director

JAKARTA - PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has reshuffled the board of directors and commissioners.

The change in the composition of the company's management was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).

For your information, Garuda Indonesia held an EGMS on Monday, June 30, 2025. The meeting was attended or represented by 67,957,218,062 shares or 74.29 percent of the total shareholders.

In the EGMS, shareholders also approved changes to the composition of the company's management.

The position of President Director of Garuda Indonesia remains in the position of the Military Commander and Tsani.

Then, Exitrino Irianto as Director of Human Capital & Corporate Service, Reza Aulia Hakim as Director of Commerce, Dani Haikal Irawan as Director of Operations, Mukhtaris as Director of Engineering, and Mawardi Yahya as Independent Commissioner.

In addition, on this occasion, Garuda also honorably dismissed Enny Kristiani (Director of Human Capital & Corporate Service), Ade R. Susardi (Director of Niaga), Tumpal Manumpak Hutapea (Director of Operations), Rahmat Hanafi (Director of Engineering), Prasetio (Director of Finance and Risk Management), and Timur Sukirno (Independent Commissioner).

"Thank you and the highest appreciation to the board of directors who have completed their term of service. Ladies and gentlemen, have placed a solid foundation for the restructuring process of Garuda Indonesia and the restoration of the company's performance that we are working on together," said the Deputy Minister for Tsani in an official statement, Tuesday, July 1.

The Military Commander said that the presence of new board members from the company's internal circles was a form of the company's commitment to ensure the continuity of leadership at Garuda Indonesia.

"The presence of young talents from the internal Garuda Indonesia Group is a matter of pride, because this shows the readiness of Garuda Indonesia personnel to become key drivers in determining the company's direction and carrying out the transformation stage in the long term," said the Military Commander.

The composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Garuda Indonesia is in accordance with the decision of the 2025 EGMS as follows:
