JAKARTA PT PLN (Persero) carried out an overhaul of the board of directors at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which took place at the Ministry of SOEs, Jakarta, Wednesday, June 18. In the restructuring, Darmawan Prasodjo is still trusted to serve as President Director of PLN.

PLN's Independent Commissioner, Andi Arief, confirmed the change of two directors' positions, namely the Director of Retail and Commerce and the Director of Generation Management.

"There was a change of two directors. The retail director was replaced, the director of the generator was also replaced," Andi Arief told the media crew.

The two names replaced were Edi Srimulyanti and Adi Lumakso. Even so, PLN has not officially announced who the replacement is in the two positions.

Meanwhile, there has been no change to the position of President Director and President Commissioner of PLN. "The main director and president commissioner remain. There are no changes," added Andi.

The 2024 AGMS also decided to add one new board of directors, namely the Director of PLN Technology, as an effort to support digital transformation within the electricity SOEs.

Apart from the board of directors, PLN Commissioner Susiwijono Moegiarso was also officially replaced by Deputy Minister of State Secretary (Wamen Sesneg) Bambang Eko Suhariyanto.

"Susiwijono was replaced with Deputy Minister Sesneg," said Andi Arief.

On the same occasion, PLN also reported positive financial performance in 2024, recording the highest revenue in history, which amounted to IDR 545.4 trillion. This figure grew 11.9 percent on an annual basis (YoY) compared to 2023.
