JAKARTA In the SAP Sapphire annual conference, SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) introduced a series of innovations and partnerships that present AI's Business power in the hands of each user, revolutionizing how it works in various business lines.
Starting from Joule's assistants who are now almost present anywhere, to Joule's expanded network of agents and able to work across systems and functions, SAP marks an inclusive new era of Business AI and is able to increase productivity by up to 30 percent.

AI For Higher Business Productivity
SAP's generative AI Assistant, Joule, can now be present wherever you work, providing the personal and contextual answers needed to increase productivity in real terms.
Joule accompanies users throughout the day, both inside and outside the SAP application environment, helps find data, displays real-time insights, and simplifies workflows. One of its newest features is WalkMe-powered action bar, which studies user behavior in various applications and makes Joule a proactive AI that is always ready, can even anticipate needs before being asked to, of course, while adhering to strict AI ethical standards from SAP.
The new partnership with Perplexity, an AI-based search engine company, strengthens Joule's ability to process structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems. With the support of Perplexity and SAP Knowledge Graph, Joule can now answer questions instantly with a neat visual display like graphics and tables based on real-time data integrated in the SAP workflow.
For example, users can ask how an external event can affect their business and directly obtain projections based on internal data and the current conditions.
SAP also introduces the expansion of Joule's agent's library, which redefines the process and workflow from scratch. Armed with real-time business data and diorkestration by Joule, these AI agents can work across systems and functions 'anticipate, adapt, and act autonomously to keep the organization's agility in the world constantly changing.
Together with its industry partners, SAP creates an agency ecosystem that is interoperable and capable of running end-to-end business processes. These new agencies include customer experience, supply chain management, expenses, finance, and HR management.

SAP also announced a strategic partnership with Palaltir to assist joint customers in the process of migrating to the cloud and modernizing infrastructure. A thorough integration between Palatir and SAP Business Data Cloud will allow customers to build a database that is aligned across their company's landscape. SAP and Palaltir will jointly provide responsible and relevant results, including for the US government, to deal with changes and disruptions more quickly.
