Spokesperson for the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, Haryo Limanseto, said that this optimism was supported by maintained macroeconomic stability, consistent control of inflation levels, and various other strategic steps that were continuously strengthened.

"In order to accelerate national economic growth in the midst of global dynamics, the government has prepared and implemented various short-term policies, as well as medium-term policies to prepare a sustainable economic growth foundation," he said in his statement, Friday, May 16.

Haryo said that there are several medium-term policies that have been prepared by the government, namely:

1. Accelerate Downstreaming and Industrialization

2. Digital Economy Transformation

3. Energy Transition and Green Economy

Haryo said the government realized that achieving growth above 5 percent requires the cooperation of all parties, both the government, the private sector, and the community.
