7th Anniversary, RelifAsia Property Developer Achieves International Standard Certificate

JAKARTA - PT Graha Mitra Asia Tbk, a property development company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which focuses on affordable and environmentally friendly housing with the ticker code RELF, today is holding a 7th anniversary celebration located in the Greenland Kemang Bogor area.

One of the important moments in the series of celebrations was the submission of the EDGE Certificate (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficencies) Advanced Preliminary by the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) for Bougenville/Type 92, the type of superior residence developed in Greenland Kemang. This certificate is given to property projects that are proven to meet international standards in energy efficiency, water, and building materials.

This marks the great step of PT Graha Mitra Asia Tbk in integrating the green development principle into its residential products. Bougenville/Type 92 is now officially listed as a residence that can save more than 40% of energy, while reducing the carbon impact significantly. This achievement also answers the needs of today's generation and the future of homes that are not only comfortable, but also environmentally responsible.

Previously, the Company had established a strategic partnership with PT PLN in the provision of Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) in the Greenland Kemang Bogor neighborhood. This step further strengthens Greenland Kemang's position as an environmentally friendly residential area, which has won the Highly Commended Best Eco-Friendly Housing Development award at The 9th Annual Property Teacher Indonesia Property Awards sponsored by Kohler.

GBC Indonesia Executive Director, Tito Ariwibowo, also expressed his appreciation. "We appreciate the initiative of PT Graha Mitra Asia, Tbk in applying the principle of green buildings. So that they managed to achieve EDGE ADVANCED PRELIMINAry CERTIFICATE," he explained.

Furthermore, Tito explained that Type 92 can achieve energy efficiency by 48 percent, water saving by 43 percent and 33 percent reducing carbon emissions from building materials.

"In addition, Bougenville Type 92 officially recorded its achievements as the first residential unit in Bogor to achieve EDGE certification," said Yodi Danusastro, Director of Yodaya Hijau Bestari.

This event closed with the submission of the GBCI EDGE certificate as a form of appreciation for the Company.

Celebrating its 7th anniversary, the company also announced a spectacular promo titled HUT 7 Relifeasia as a form of appreciation to the people who have faithfully supported the journey of Relifeasia. This promo allows consumers to own a housing unit with only IDR 1.5 million (All-In).
