Homecoming Vehicles Passing On The Cipali Tembus 60,000 Unit Toll Road Until Saturday Afternoon

JAKARTA - The traffic flow on the Cikopo 'Palimanan (Cipali) Toll Road was observed to be crowded with increased vehicle flow which was again seen on Saturday, March 29, 2025, noon WIB, or two days before Eid al-Fitr 2025.

The manager of the Cikopo Toll Road, Palimanan Astra Tol Cipali, reported that the traffic flow on the Cipali Toll Road was observed to be busy and there was a slight increase from Jakarta to Cirebon.

Sustainability Management & Corporate Communications Department Head of Cipali Toll Road, Ardam Rafif Trisilo, said that from Saturday to 12.00 WIB there were around 60,000 vehicles crossing the Cipali Toll Road from Jakarta to Cirebon.

"From 00.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB there are around 60 thousand vehicles via Cikopo (from Jakarta to Cirebon), the same as the volume of traffic at the same time the previous day," Ardam said in his official statement, Saturday, March 29, 2025.

Ardam said the average volume of traffic on Saturday afternoon increased slightly, with an average of about 5,000 vehicles per hour passing.

In addition, said Ardam, eight rest areas on the Cipali Toll Road until this afternoon were observed to be crowded with visitors, but they could still meet the needs of road users.

"If the rest area is full, road users can take advantage of alternative rest areas outside the nearest toll gate," he said.
