JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) approved the appointment of Hendra Lembong as the main director of the company to appoint Jahja Setiaatmadja. Jahja was also appointed President Commissioner replacing Djohan Emir Setijoso.
