Khusnu said that in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 35 of 2021 concerning Air Transport Implementation, every business entity that will carry out scheduled commercial air transportation activities in Indonesia must have a Scheduled Commercial Air Transport Standard Certificate and Air Operator Certificate (AOC) Certificate (AOC) Certificate.
"This is in accordance with PM 33 of 2022 concerning the Part 119 Civil Aviation Safety Regulation concerning Aircraft Operations Certification for Air Transport Activities issued by the Directorate General of Air Transportation after fulfilling all administrative, technical, and operational requirements that have been set," he said.
