JAKARTA - The Ministry of Transportation through the Directorate General of Land Transportation has prepared 520 bus units for the free homecoming program for land modes in Lebaran Transportation in 2025.
Acting Director General of Land Transportation, Ahmad Yani, said that of the 520 buses, 21,536 free homecoming quotas consisting of homecoming and return.
"There will be free homecoming quotas for 31 destination cities and 9 backflow cities spread across parts of Sumatra, then West Java, Central Java and also East Java," he said in an official statement, in Jakarta, Sunday, March 9.

"Furthermore, the provinces of East Java have five cities, namely Madiun, Surabaya, Tuban, Malang, and Tulungagung. For Sumatra there are four cities, namely Lampung, Palembang, Bengkulu and Padang," he said.

The departure of passengers from the homecoming flow will depart from five terminals, namely the Pulogebang Jakarta Terminal, Pondok Cabe Terminal South Tangerang, and Jatijajar Terminal Depok, on March 27, 2025.
