Prabowo Will Inaugurate The Revitalization Of The Athlete's Wisma Next April

JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (Ara) said President Prabowo Subianto would inaugurate the revitalization of Wisma Atlet in April 2025.

Ara said that the revitalization of Wisma Atlet will be completely completed in April.

"To all of them, it is targeted to be completed in April 2025, which is planned to be inaugurated by President Prabowo," Ara said in a written statement, quoted on Saturday, February 1.

"For the tower that has been completed, the management will immediately be handed over to the Ministry of State Secretariat," he continued.

Meanwhile, Director of Urban Housing Development of the Ministry of PKP Aswin Grandiarto Sukahar said, for 3 towers in Block C2 Pademangan, the revitalization progress has now been completed.

"Alhamdulillah, 100 percent has been completed for 3 towers in Block C2. For this, the key can be handed over to the Ministry of State Secretariat for use," he said.

This revitalization has started since August 26, 2024 and is targeted to be completed in April 2025 with a contract value of IDR 357 billion. The revitalization of Wisma Atlet is carried out by contractor Abipraya-Wika, KSO.

The revitalization of Wisma Atlet was carried out in Block D10 Kemayoran in 7 towers as many as 5,494 units and Block C2 Pademangan with 3 towers with a capacity of 1,932 units.

Of the total 7,426 units that were revitalized, 1,932 units of Block C2 tower 8 and Block D10 towers 1,2,3,4,6 and 7 are planned to be used as housing for state civil servants (ASN) and low-income people (MBR).

It is known, Block C2 Wisma Atlet Kemayoran which has been completed in the Pademangan area near the toll gate and built as many as 3 towers with 2 housing unit typology, namely 24 1 tower and 18 floors as many as 2 towers.

For the number of residential units in Tower 8 there are 524 units available, Tower 9 as many as 884 units and Tower 10 as many as 524 units. Each residential unit is equipped with furniture such as a seat table in the living room, bed and wardrobe, air conditioner, water heater and washing and drying room.
