JAKARTA - PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk plans to increase the number of aircraft fleets by 20 units by 2025.
The plan is based on the company's needs due to the lack of fleets at this time.
President Director of Garuda Indonesia, Wamildan Tsani, said that the plan to add an armda also needed cooperation with other relevant ministries/agencies.
"Of course this requires cooperation, communication, and coordination with related ministries," he said at a press conference at the BUMN Ministry Office, Jakarta, Friday, December 5.

"We really need to increase the number of planes," he explained.
For this year, he continued, there have been planes arriving in November and are in the finishing stage. At the end of the month, one aircraft will also arrive again.
