JAKARTA - Commission VI of the House of Representatives approved the proposal of the Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir regarding the distribution of additional state capital participation (PMN) for 10 state-owned enterprises (BUMN) worth Rp73.26 trillion.

The PMN is divided into two, namely cash and non-cash and will be sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN).

This was conveyed by Deputy Chairman of Commission VI Mohamad Hekal, as chairman of the Working Meeting with SOE Minister Erick Thohir regarding the decision-making regarding PMN in BUMN for Fiscal Year 2023 and corporate action in 2022, at the DPR Building, Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, July 4.

The cash PMN for Fiscal Year 2023 includes PT PLN (Persero) worth IDR 10 trillion. This budget will be used for the construction of electricity infrastructure for the generation, transmission, substation and distribution sectors, including the implementation of the village electricity program and EBT (assignment) generation.

Second, PT LEN Industri (Persero) or Defend ID amounting to Rp. 3 trillion for the construction of facilities and increasing production capacity of radar, aircraft, ships, ammunition, medium tanks, combat vehicles, and modernization of weapons (business development).

Third, PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero) or ID FOOD in the amount of IDR 2 trillion which will be used to improve the capital structure and increase the company's business capacity to realize national food security (business development).

Fourth, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) amounting to Rp. 30.56 trillion which will be used for the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) infrastructure which consists of the PMN JTTS construction Phase I and Phase II.

Fifth, PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or In Journey in the amount of IDR 9.5 trillion which will be used to strengthen capital for restructuring, tourism infrastructure development and aviation infrastructure, as well as land acquisition and completion of projects in the Madalika SEZ area (usage and business development).

Sixth, PT Bahana Pembinaan Usah Indonesia (Persero) or IFG in the amount of Rp. 6 trillion which will be used for the implementation of the KUR guarantee assignment carried out by PT Jamkrindo and PT Askrindo (assignment).

Seventh, PT KAI (Persero) amounting to Rp4.1 trillion will be used in order to meet the Indonesian portion of the paid-in capital for additional financing for the KCJB project.

Eighth, PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) amounting to Rp. 3 trillion was used to improve the health level to obtain an international rating in order to strengthen the company's business capacity (business development).

Ninth, Perum Damri amounting to Rp867 billion was used to provide fleets for pioneer assignments, KSPN, electric bus fleets for urban areas through buy the service and to increase the company's business capacity (assignment and business development).
