Collaborating With Sumitomo, Soetjipto Nagaria Conglomerate Summarecon Is Working On A Luxury Residential Project In Makassar

JAKARTA - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk through its subsidiary, PT Sinergi Mutiara Cemerlang, signed a virtual partnership with PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry Co Ltd.

Through this collaboration, Sharif Benjamin as Director of PT Summarecon Agung, Tbk and Eiji Harima as President Director of PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia signed the deed of establishment of the company that will handle the project from this joint venture, namely PT Sinergi Mentari Fajar, on Wednesday, October 6 at Sumitomo Forestry. This form of cooperation between the property developer of the Soetjipto Nagaria conglomerate and Sumitomo Forestry Co Ltd is the second collaboration, after previously successfully developing the Morizen cluster in Summarecon Bekasi. The partnership in the form of a Joint Venture Company will be owned by 51 percent by PT Sinergi Mutiara Cemerlang and 49 percent by PT. Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia.
