JAKARTA - The company where actress Wulan Guritno is the Commissioner of PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) managed to record a profit in the first semester of 2021, reversing a loss in the same period the previous year.

In LUCY's financial report published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Friday, September 3, the manager of the Lucy in The Sky entertainment venue managed to record a profit for the current period of Rp. 328.25 million in the first semester of 2021 from a loss of Rp. 715.35 million in the period. the first six months of 2020.

LUCY's profit achievement was driven by revenue achievement as of June 2021 which amounted to Rp6.34 billion, up from Rp4.32 billion in revenue in the same period the previous year.

The company's gross profit reached Rp4.11 billion, up from Rp2.89 billion. Meanwhile, operating expenses rose to Rp4.16 billion from operating expenses of Rp3.55 billion.

As a result, the company's operating loss was only Rp49.05 million, down from an operating loss of Rp662.18 million. Where, profit before tax was recorded at Rp409.24 million from a loss before tax of Rp636.78 million

Meanwhile, the company's total assets reached IDR 46.85 billion for the period of June 30, 2021, up from total assets of IDR 15.96 billion for the period of December 31, 2020.
