Good News From Salim Ivomas, Producer Of Bimoli Owned By Conglomerate Anthony Salim Wants To Divide Rp20.46 Billion Dividend

JAKARTA - PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk will distribute blessings to its shareholders. The agribusiness issuer with the SIMP code will distribute dividends worth IDR 3 per share for the company's performance in 2020.

This was decided at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Thursday 26 August. SIMP Group Managing Director Mark Wakeford said the company was able to achieve these results by surmounting these challenging conditions and doing so thanks to the support and trust of shareholders.

The dividend will be distributed to shareholders on September 28, 2021. Based on data on its share ownership, the dividend value to be distributed by the company owned by conglomerate Anthony Salim is IDR 20.46 billion.

For information, Salim Ivomas is the holding company of PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP). SIMP recorded a net profit of Rp234.28 billion in 2020 from the previous year's net loss of Rp546.15 billion.

This net profit achievement was in line with SIMP's revenue which rose 6 percent to Rp14.48 trillion in 2020 compared to Rp13.65 trillion in the previous year.
