JAKARTA - Cigarette company PT Gudang Garam Tbk has prepared dividends to its shareholders worth IDR 5 trillion from the profit for the 2020 fiscal year. The decision was the result of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of the issuer codenamed GGRM on Thursday, July 8.

"The Rp5 trillion dividend is equivalent to Rp2,600 per share. Undistributed profits will be included in the retained earnings account and additional working capital," said Gudang Garam Corporate Secretary Heru Budiman in information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, quoted Tuesday, July 13.
