JAKARTA - Property developer from Lippo Group, PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) has reshuffled the company's management, particularly the board of directors. This has been decided through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which was held on Tuesday 29 June.

In an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted Friday, July 2, President Commissioner of Lippo Cikarang Theo L Sambuaga said Tuesday's AGMS included reporting on the company's performance, approval of the Company's Annual Report ending on December 31, 2020 and the appointment of members of the board of directors and board of directors. new commissioner.

For the board of commissioners there has been no change in the company owned by the conglomerate Mochtar Riady. For example, Indef senior economist Didik Rachbini who has served as an Independent Commissioner of LPCK based on the decision of the Annual GMS since July 6, 2020, was reappointed in the same position.

Didik Rachbini is the rector of Paramadina University. Before becoming rector, Didik had been a member of Commission VI DPR RI from the PAN faction in the 2004-2009 term of office.

As for the board of directors, there is a change. The AGMS appointed Ketut Budi Wijaya as the new president director as of the closing of the AGMS, Tuesday 29 June, replacing Sie Subiyanto.

Ketut was previously the President Director of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), the holding company of LPCK, since June 5, 2018. Previously, Ketut also served as President Director of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO) and commissioner of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk (GMTD).

Meanwhile, from the financial performance as of the first quarter of 2021, LPCK's revenue fell to IDR 239.18 billion from the same period the previous year of IDR 574.38 billion. The company's net profit also fell to Rp87.31 billion from the previous Rp793.58 billion.
