JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) ensures that the availability of stocks and the stability of food prices in the Banten region remain maintained and even after the National Religious Holiday (HBKN) Idulfitri 2026.

Chicken meat is in the range of Rp. 39,000 to Rp. 40,000 per kg, while chicken eggs are Rp. 29,000 to Rp. 30,000 per kg.
For horticultural commodities, the price of red onions ranges from Rp. 45,000 to Rp. 50,000 per kg and garlic Rp. 39,000 to Rp. 40,000 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili has experienced a slight decline to around Rp. 72,000 per kg.
In terms of rice commodities, the price of medium rice was observed to be stable in the range of IDR 13,500 to IDR 13,600 per kg, while premium rice was in the range of IDR 14,900 to IDR 15,700 per kg.
Ketut emphasized that his party, together with stakeholders, continued to carry out intensive monitoring to anticipate potential price volatility and keep food inflation under control.
"At Serpong Market, the overall supply is good and evenly distributed. People don't need to worry because the goods are available. We will continue to monitor regularly to ensure that the stability of supply and prices are maintained evenly," he said.
Ketut said that adequate stock conditions and continued busy trading activities were considered positive indicators that the supply chain and food distribution in South Tangerang were running well, while supporting the stability of prices and people's purchasing power.
