Deputy for Diversity of Consumption and Food Safety of the National Food Agency, Andriko Noto Susanto, said that current food stability is supported by sufficient domestic production and strengthening of food reserves in various distribution lines.

"During the month of Ramadan until the eve of Eid al-Fitr, the government continues to monitor the dynamics of food supply and prices. Meanwhile, the price of fresh beef is in the range of Rp. 125,000 per kilogram.
Red chili pepper is recorded at around Rp101,667 per kilogram which is still above the Sales Reference Price (HAP), but shows a downward trend as the supply improves.
For other chili commodities, curly red chili is in the range of Rp. 43,833 per kilogram and large red chili is around Rp. 35,000 per kilogram.
The price of rice in the Food Supply and Price Stabilization (SPHP) program was recorded at around Rp12,083 per kilogram, while premium rice was in the range of Rp15,350 per kilogram.
The price of Minyakita cooking oil is in the range of IDR 15,700 per liter. Animal protein commodities also show relatively stable price movements, with the price of pure chicken eggs around IDR 29,000 per kilogram and pure chicken meat in the range of IDR 35,000 to IDR 38,000 per kilogram.
In general, most commodities are still within the government's reference price limits.
