Responding to the flash floods and landslides that occurred at the end of November 2025 that hit a number of areas in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra and caused hundreds of casualties, thousands of refugees, and extensive infrastructure damage, INDODAX as a growing and growing company in Indonesia felt the need to take part in supporting community recovery.

This commitment is realized through the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program titled INDODAX for Indonesia: #PrayForSumatra, From INDODAX to Sumatra. The handover of aid took place at the INDODAX office on Tuesday 9 December. This activity is an important moment that shows collaboration between companies, donation platforms, and humanitarian institutions.

INDODAX CEO William Sutanto expressed his gratitude for the synergy built in this program.

We thank Asar Humanity and Ayobantu for helping to distribute Pray for Sumatra assistance. INDODAX currently provides the best we can through financial assistance. We hope that what we distribute can ease the burden on our brothers and sisters in Sumatra and provide tangible benefits for those who are facing difficult times," William said.

INDODAX's VP Marketing, Antony Kusuma, also emphasized the company's commitment to supporting recovery efforts in the affected areas.

This assistance is part of INDODAX's commitment to be present when the community faces difficult situations. Through the distribution of humanitarian assistance for victims of flash floods in Sumatra, We hope to ease the burden on residents a little and help recover in affected areas. We hope that collaboration with Ayobantu and Asar Humanity can accelerate the distribution of aid so that the needs of affected residents can be met more quickly and accurately.

The same thing was said by the CEO of Ayobantu, Agnes Yuliavitriani, that the role of Ayobantu as a bridge to ensure the distribution of aid was effective and on target.

"Let's help be a liaison between INDODAX and our partner, Asar Humanity, who is currently at the forefront. Our volunteers are ready to distribute aid collected from various donors," explained Agnes.

From the field side, Purwadi Nugroho from Asar Humanity described the condition of a number of Acehnese areas which became the main focus of distributing aid.

"In Aceh, several districts such as Gayo Lues, Central Aceh, and Aceh Tamiang are still difficult to access. We are trying to penetrate these isolated locations through a double cabin convoy carrying eight tons of aid and ten fleets. In fact, today we dispatched thirty volunteers who had to walk for two days past thirty-two broken bridges to reach areas that could not be penetrated by vehicles," said Purwadi.

Asar Humanity has activated the main command post, a number of unit posts, and logistics centers to speed up services to victims. This effort is carried out through multi-party collaboration, including INDODAX as a partner for aid distribution, as well as support for local governments, local communities, volunteers, students, to the TNI and Polri to ensure assistance can reach the affected areas optimally.

The CSR Indodax program for Indonesia: #PrayForSumatra, From INDODAX to Sumatra is a clear proof of INDODAX's contribution in supporting community recovery in a sustainable manner. Through collaboration with Ayobantu and Asar Humanity, this step is expected to expand the reach of assistance and have a direct impact on affected residents in Sumatra.
