OJK Sets Riduan And Henry Panjaitan Eligible To Be President Director And Deputy Director Of Bank Mandiri

JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) officially appointed the President Director of Bank Mandiri Riduan and Deputy President Director Henry Panjaitan to pass the Assessment of Ability and Policy (PKK) or fit and proper test.

Bank Mandiri SEVP Corporate Relations M. Wisnu Trihanggodo said that the OJK decision was a strategic momentum to strengthen the direction of the company's transformation.

The determination reflects regulatory confidence in Bank Mandiri's management solidity. The company will continue to accelerate service innovation, strengthen business fundamentals, and ensure prudent and transparent governance," said Wisnu in his official statement, Tuesday, December 2.

Previously, Riduan served as Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri and had a long track record in the corporate and commercial banking segments.

Throughout his career at Bank Mandiri, he led various strategic functions ranging from regional banking, as well as serving various cross-segment customers ranging from retail to corporations.

"This experience strengthens its capacity in accelerating intermediation and expanding the contribution of productive financing," continued Wisnu.

Meanwhile, Henry Panjaitan brings strong backgrounds to risk management and international businesses.

Before being appointed as Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri, he had a long career at Bank BNI and finally served as Business Director of Guarantee at PT Jamkrindo.

His experience strengthens the foundation of network expansion, strengthening the digital ecosystem, and managing Bank Mandiri risks.
