SURABAYA - The Ngagel Gas Fuel Filling Station (SPBG) facility owned by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) is one of the gas fuel service centers (BBG) in Surabaya.

The SPBG, which is operated by a subsidiary of PGN, PT Gagas Energi Indonesia, has a capacity of 4,000'4,500 Premium Equivalent Liters (LSP).

PGN Gagas Sales Area Head, Dedy Adhariadi explained, the beyond pipeline service in the form of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Ngagel SPBG provides two main products, namely GasKu BBG for transportation and GasLink for retail needs.

Dedy said, Gas Ku is part of the clean energy service developed by PGN in the SOR III area.

"We continue to optimize services at the Ngagel SPBG so that loyal customers and new customers are more comfortable while using Gas Ku," he said when met in Surabaya, Friday, November 28.

Every day, continued Dedy, as many as 400 '450 vehicles charge at the Ngagel SPBG, ranging from private vehicles to conventional taxis and online taxis.

One user, Ahmad Yanto, admitted that he felt the benefits after five months of using BBG for his private car. He was initially interested in using BBG on the recommendation of the Chairman of the Greater Surabaya Gas Car Community (Komagas) and has now joined the community.

The benefits are very beneficial because they are more efficient and the quality is good. One BBG tube worth Rp. 45,000 can be used to cover a distance of 100'120 km. Hopefully, more and more filling of BBG in Surabaya," he said.

Currently, the price of Gas Ku is priced at IDR 4,500 per 1 LSP. In addition to being more economical, the use of BBG also produces 25 35 percent lower carbon emissions than conventional fuels, making them more environmentally friendly.
