Tightening The Use Of QR Code, Pertamina Blocks 394,000 Vehicle Nopol

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga reported that it had blocked 394,000 police numbers (nopol) so that they could not refuel subsidized oil (BBM).

Pertamina Patra Niaga President Director Mars Ega Legowo Putra explained that this blocking was carried out after being identified as having committed fraud or violations while filling fuel at gas stations.

"This correct subsidy system has identified the fraud of 394,000 vehicle registration numbers that we have blocked to anticipate and mitigate the misuse of fuel at SPPU," Mars said in a Hearing Meeting with Commission XII DPR RI, Monday, November 17.

Pertamina Patra Niaga, he said, also provided guidance to 544 gas stations throughout 2025.

He further added, to ensure that the distribution of fuel is right on target, his party has also implemented a QR Code system in purchasing subsidized bbm.

"The fuel sector has now implemented a full QR Code for the distribution of diesel fuel and the type of Pertalite," he continued.

Dikatakan Mars Ega, pengawasan penyaluran BBM dengan QR Code ini dinilai berhasil karena kuota solar dan pertalite menjadi lebih terkendali.

Hingga Oktober 2025, kuota solar diperkirakan bisa terkendali di bawah 1,5 persen dari kuota yang diberikan kepada PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

"Sementara untuk sektor Pertalite diperkirakan under 10 persen dari kuota 2025," tandas dia.

Mars Ega said that the supervision of the distribution of fuel with a QR Code was considered successful because the diesel and pertalite quotas became more controlled.

As of October 2025, the diesel quota is estimated to be under control below 1.5 percent of the quota given to PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

"Meanwhile, the Pertalite sector is estimated to be under 10 percent of the 2025 quota," he said.
