IKN Section 3B Toll Road Progress Has Been 72.59 Percent As Of September 2025

JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) said that the progress of the construction of Section 3B-2 Toll Road in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) has reached 72.59 percent until September 30, 2025.

This is known from the presentation material displayed in the Public Expose 2025, Tuesday, November 4. The project value of the work reached IDR 532.6 billion.

Director of Business Strategic, Portfolio & Human Capital WSKT Rudi Purnomo said, at least 13 projects are the company's current duties. It is known, the total contract value of the entire project reached more than IDR 8 trillion.

"Maybe it is known together that in the State Capital, IKN, Waskita has contributed quite a lot there because there are 13 projects of 8.7 (trillion)," said Rudi.

Of the 13 projects that were carried out, according to Rudi, only a few left had to be completed.

"The proudest until now is almost 100 percent, there are only a few projects that still leave and we will target (to be completed) in 2026," he said.

In the future, continued Rudi, WSKT targets to get two or three more projects next year.

"Furthermore, we hope that the opportunity for the new project at IKN will still be expected. We believe that in 2026, two or three more projects will be quite large, which will later be able to support Waskita's operational or revenue performance," he added.

Previously, the Ministry of Public Works (PU) admitted that the work on the IKN toll road project could not be completed in 2025.

This is because there are still many projects currently underway at IKN, so the target for completion this year is not possible.

PU Minister Dody Hanggodo revealed a number of toll road projects that are still under construction, such as Section 3B Toll Road, Section 3A and Section 1B in the IKN area.

"This year seems a bit difficult, that's it, (it's finished). Hopefully in 2026 or no later than 2027," said Dody in a Media Briefing at the PU Ministry office, Jakarta, Friday, October 31.
